The o9 project...

I have started this year at 235 lbs... The project is 190 lbs without self destruction.

What I have done???

No/MINAMAL fat diet, Strength Training at least 3 times a week & AT LEAST 60 MILES PER WEEK on the bike.

The project is to raise as much money as possible for MS & Cancer research (in '09) while becoming as healthy as I have ever been in my life.
